Benmiller Inn

Located along the beautiful Maitland River, the 25 acres of  grounds are lovely to walk through or just admire from a seat on the patio with a beverage. Offering 55 unique guest rooms in various buildings, this inn is a complex of spaces and offers a full-sized pool, sauna and spa services on site. The Ivey dining room offers views of Sharpe’s Creek and you can get a real feel for the woolen mill this building once housed. The dining room is open seven days a week for guests and the general public. Some Saturdays include live entertainment during the evenings in the lounge.

 

The Inn was first renovated from its previous life as a woolen mill over 40 years ago and the history of the mill and other buildings is on display, adding to the charm of your stay. Have a cozy seat with a glass of wine near the fireplace in the lobby and check out the samples of blankets once made right here. 

 

The very popular Goderich-to-Guelph (G2G) Rail Trail is just minutes away and there are many other hiking opportunities around Benmiller. The outdoor activities continue into the winter months with great cross-country skiing nearby. It’s also located not far from many of the popular Huron County locations including museums, theatres and the beach.

 

This is a perfect country wedding venue and they offer everything you need for your special day, including accommodation, ceremony locations, full meal service and natural backdrops for stunning photos. They are already booking into 2023.
